As I've been thinking about leaders and whether they are born or made, one thing is clear: while we remember the circumstances revolving around the not so good ones, we most remember the good ones because of how they made/make us feel.

I had one of those remembrances this past weekend and all I could think of was how that leader made me feel like a champion even as I was starting my career.
It made me want to be the best I could be and be a leader that others would want to follow.
